Price list of private accommodation in Rovinj

The price list is for informational purposes only. The owners of suites and rooms are entitled to change accommodation prices. Payement are made in Croatian kuna at the CNB Bid Rate valid on the date of payement.
Here are some average prices for daily rent of apartments, studios and rooms:
Room with own bath: Low season (17 - 30 EUR), High season (30 - 45 EUR)
Studio: Low season (22 - 40 EUR), High season (45 - 70 EUR)
A2: Low season (25 - 45 EUR), High season (45 - 80 EUR)
B4: Low season (40 - 60 EUR), High season (60 - 105 EUR)
C6: Low season (55 - 75 EUR), High season (75 - 144 EUR)
D8: Low season (72 - 95 EUR), High season (95 - 184 EUR)
The prices are in euro for accommodation per night.
possible additional payement:
Stay shorter than 4 days: 30%
Stay shorter than 3 days: 50%
1 night stay: 100%
Residence tax, daily per person: 1 EUR
No residence tax for children under 12.
Registration fee is 2,7 - 3 euro per person and has to be paid once on the spot.
Additional beds: 5 - 15 euro daily.
Breakfast: 5 - 10 euro
Children aged until 2 or 3 years without additional bed - GRATIS.
VAT included in the price.
Air condition: 5 Euro daily
Final cleaning: 10-40 euro.

Private accommodation is categorized by type and class of accommodation. Class accommodation is marked by stars . Bigger number of stars indicates a higher class of accommodation.
Types of accommodations may include:
Studio is apartment where the bedroom, kitchen and dining room are in one room.
Apartment A2 means that the apartment has a separate bedroom from the kitchen and dining room.
B4 means that there are two separate bedrooms, a C6 3 a D8 has 4 separate bedrooms.
If by the type of apartments stay also A2+2, that means that there is also 2 additional beds.
The price of the accommodation is determined yy thenumber of star and the type of accommodation.
Our advice is that the choice of accommodation is based on the pictures of the apartments, because the number of stars will not guarantee you'll get what you are looking for.
